SUITE POLICY
The following amounts and % must be paid in case of cancellation
Check In
From 16h00 hours-19h00 hours
Usually the rooms can only be ready around 15h30 hours. If the Suite is ready, our team will be happy to meet you and process the check-in accordingly. Early check-in: If you would like to check in earlier please inform us (if the Suite is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage protected). For late check-in contact The accommodation (contact us by phone)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Main conditions and policies (individual booking):
Less than 14 days (before noon) before the arrival date: First night
During your stay: less than 48 hours before the day (before noon) of departure: 100% next night and 50% the following nights
No-Show: first and second night 100% rest 50%
Special conditions (groups = Each booking of minimum 2 Suites)
Between 7 and 0 day (and) before arrival: 100%
Between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50%
More than 3 weeks before arrival: € 40/Suite
NO SMOKING & NO PETS
Charming Suites Jan Zonder Vrees are non-smoking and pet-free.
Children under 3 years old: free (no separate bed provided)
Child seats are provided (please request in advance) Children between 4 and 5 years: €5 Discount (settled during check-out)
Children from 6 years: Price adults
